Festival Overview
The Northeast Outdoor Railway Festival is a celebration of larger scale, outdoor model railroads. Not a show. Not a convention. Just a fun time enjoying model trains running in beautiful outdoor settings.
The festival is jointly sponsored by the Amherst Railway Society and the Steaming Tender Restaurant, and hosted at Amherst's garden railroad in Palmer, Massachusetts.
The festival weekend includes live steam, model railroad operations, a variety of exhibitors, vendors, and good food - in a variety of locations.
And, it's Father's Day weekend. Bring Dad to the festival!
