Joe and Janalee Bachand's Eagle Rock Garden Railway
Eagle Rock Garden Railway is a live-track, powered RR with 4 independent lines totaling nearly 800 feet of electrified track. Most rolling stock is American, with some LGB European trains mixed in. Eagle Rock construction started in 2021 and has grown into a fun family activity. It is always changing and growing. Look for some videos of ours on YouTube. Eagle Rock Garden Railway(shorts).
Album
John Flaherty's Saco River Line
The Saco River Line is a 300-foot G-scale dogbone garden railroad. The highlight of the railroad is how it travels on multiple levels along a large rock wall.
Album
Al Pomeroy's Rio Grande Southern Of New Hampshire
Layout is fn3 indoors and outdoors featuring many compact scenes and four prototype Rio Grande Southern trestles. Railroad is point to point and operated with Shipit car forwarding Software. The basement portion features a roundhouse and several prototypical scenes from the Rio Grande Southern. The Railroad then goes outdoors and travels across several prototype trestles as well as a prototype scene of Ridgway as it climbs several feet before entering a barn where the destination yard is located.
Album
Ray Buteux's Sterling Mountain and Hudson / Central New England
This layout has two names, depending upon whether we’re running narrow gauge (Sterling) or standard gauge (CNE). It’s a medium-sized layout, about 100 feet long, and the main line is a folded dogbone to extend the run. It has three yards and about twenty buildings. We’re about two and a half hours SW of Springfield, close to the NY Thruway, about 15 minutes west of the Tappan Zee Bridge. The layout is deadrail, so you’re welcome to run any battery-powered equipment.

Stan and Deb Ames SJR&P
The SJR&P is a large Fn3 point to multipoint narrow gauge railway with an F scale interchange built to facilitate operation. The SJR&P is a railroad in the garden rather than an outdoor model railroad. As such there are few structures and the garden and railroad are built to harmonize with each other. With over 700 hostas (over 150 varieties), from minis to large, our 1:20.3 scale ¾ acre garden railroad winds through hills, rock tunnels, over 50 bridges, two small streams and four ponds as it climbs over 22 ft. Red and white oaks, birch and white pines provide the canopy. Ferns, astilbes, hellebores, and day lilies accompany the hostas in this mostly shaded garden.
